This isn’t just a business—it’s my passion.

I started on my own health journey 5 years ago. I walked into the gym as a complete beginner—curious, a little intimidated, and unsure where to start. I began lifting weights because I wanted to lose weight, but it quickly became so much more than a physical change. I began building discipline, showing up on tough days, and feeling stronger. I noticed a shift in the confidence I felt in myself and realized transformation is beyond the number on a scale - its about feeling empowered in everyday life.

My background in psychology also gave me a lens on mental health and mindset: our brains and behaviors are deeply connected to how we move, rest, and care for ourselves. Mental health and physical health are not separate but two parts of the same journey. That combination of lived experience, education, and my joy in helping others revealed my calling: coaching women to become the healthiest, strongest, and most well-balanced versions of themselves.

This past year my spiritual health became a priority and my faith has transformed my life and how I serve others. I knew that I wanted my faith to be part of this journey. My goal is to create a space where spiritual grounding and developing healthier habits walk together, helping each woman embrace her identity and step confidently into the life she’s meant to live.


My Approach

What began as a hobby became something so much more. My approach is holistic, combining practical action steps with identity and mindset work. What sets this coaching program apart isn’t just the results—it’s the intention behind it. I take time to understand your goals, explore ways to accomplish your goals within your current lifestyle, and adapting when necessary throughout your journey.

We start small, and build from there. We will come up with a realistic action plan each week to get you one step closer to your goals.

Lasting impact

My approach is rooted in long lasting habit change. Rather than a quick fix, we identify what is currently stopping you form getting to where you want to be, and how to overcome those obstacles. It’s all about the intention.
